Return Policy:
RETURNS:
If you need to return a product to Midnight Magick 2 you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by
emailing MidnightMagick2@MidnightMagick2.com.
You must have the original invoice number to reference. Midnight Magick 2 will only accept items for return that are approved and given an RMA number. Returns will subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DAMAGES:
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Midnight Magick 2 will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Midnight Magick 2.
